Dressy Dog Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Dressy Dog, we are committed to ensuring satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review the following terms regarding our return, refund, and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility Window
To be eligible for a return, a request must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. General Return Eligibility
Dressy Dog accepts returns for eligible items requested within the return window. To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition and meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.

Proof of purchase or a receipt is required to process the return.
Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging/components may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact Dressy Dog Customer Service within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To process a claim for a defective or damaged item, the customer must provide:

clear photos of the item,

clear photos showing the defect or damage,

a brief written description explaining the issue.
Dressy Dog reserves the right to review and verify all claims before approving a return, refund, or exchange for defective merchandise.
5. Restocking Fee
Please be advised that all approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) and will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers administrative, inspection, and processing costs.
6. Shipping and Handling
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Dressy Dog assumes no liability for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
7. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
Documentation: If the item is defective or damaged, include the required photos and written details of the issue when submitting your request.
Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and clearly write the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Returns: If approved, a refund less the 10% restocking fee will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet the requirements of this policy will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
9. Exchanges
Dressy Dog accepts exchanges for eligible items.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged items.

Once return tracking has been received and verified, the replacement item will be sent out.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Dressy Dog may offer an alternative item or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
